We don’t just fish — we cook what you catch.
With La Bouche, your fishing day becomes a full culinary adventure. After reeling in your fresh catch, we can prepare it right on the beach or at your villa — as casual or gourmet as you wish.
What we can prepare from your catch:
- Sashimi or ceviche
- Grilled fillets with sides
- Traditional Creole fish soup or Russian-style "Ukha"
- Crispy tuna chebureki (hand pies)
- Freshly rolled sushi or rolls
- Fish wraps and gourmet sandwiches
We can send a Russian-speaking assistant onboard with you to prepare sandwiches, fish wraps, and light meals for your fishing day — perfect for longer hours at sea.

Yes. We offer an optional Russian-speaking assistant, who can also prepare snacks during the trip.
We recommend: towel, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, motion sickness pill (1h before trip). We provide sun jersey and balaclava.
50% deposit to confirm, balance 48h before the trip. Food and alcohol are billed separately with receipts.
No, we don’t operate boats or organize tours directly. All cruises and fishing trips are conducted by our licensed charter partners.
La Bouche is a fully licensed catering company, and we provide the chef, gourmet food, personalized hosting, butler service, beach BBQs, and event setup on board or ashore.
